Hello, my name is Kimberly Hill and I am the broker/owner for Kim Hill Real Estate. My family started a real estate company in Portsmouth in 1954, and I am now the owner of the former Ed Kizer Real Estate. I grew up with real estate and started typing my father's real estate appraisals when I was only nine years old.
In 1987, I graduated from Capital University and earned my degree in Political Science. During and after college I worked as a Legislative Aide in the Ohio House of Representatives and later worked as a lobbyist for the Ohio State Chiropractic Assn. After lobbying, I spent ten years living and working in France, Chile, South Korea, The Netherlands and England. I am fluent in French and also have dual citizenship with France. I feel my multi-cultural experience and knowledge of languages greatly help me to understand other cultures. I try to use this experience in my business and I am eternally grateful and humble for what I have learned.
I am blessed to have a competent and experienced staff of agents, some of whom have more than 20 years experience in the industry. We have several agents who are OAR Presidential Sales Club Award winners (including my own award).
